The ILO-SIYB train-the-trainer approach within the SIYB program empowers individuals with the skills and knowledge to effectively deliver entrepreneurial training. It ensures the scalability, adaptability, and sustainability of the program by creating a network of certified trainers who can expand the program’s reach, deliver high-quality training, and foster a culture of entrepreneurship in various settings.

The program covers both the content of the SIYB modules and the instructional methodologies required to deliver effective training sessions. Trainers receive in-depth training on the SIYB curriculum, learning objectives,   and   instructional   techniques   to ensure consistency and quality across different training sessions. They also gain insights into the unique challenges and needs of entrepreneurs in their respective contexts.

Certified SIYB trainers also receive ongoing support and access to updated resources, including  training  materials,  facilitation  guides, and best practices. This support ensures that trainers stay updated with the latest entrepreneurial    trends    and    developments, allowing them to deliver up-to-date and  relevant training sessions. Through our team of experienced Master trainers , we have managed to mentor many trainers locally abroad.
